Some weddings just feel like a full circle moment, and this one at The Pines in Davenport was exactly that. Surrounded by their closest friends and family, this couple built their day around a timeless blue, white, and black palette that felt elegant without ever feeling stiff.

The Pines set the scene beautifully. Wide open skies, natural light, and a setting that let the details shine without competing with them. It was the perfect backdrop for a day that was equal parts classic and joyful.

What stood out most was how deeply this couple leaned on their faith. Jesus was praised throughout the day, and you could feel that gratitude in every toast and every hug from family. Both the bride and groom played college basketball, and their community showed up in a way that made the whole day feel like one big team celebrating a win.

Then the reception hit and the energy went through the roof. The dance floor never slowed down, and at one point breakdancers took over the floor and had the entire room on their feet. It was easily one of the most fun, high energy receptions I have gotten to be part of.

Timeless colors. Deep faith. A packed dance floor. This wedding had it all, and I loved every second of capturing it.
